Over the past 12 years, he has delivered HSSE support across the UK and Middle East, helping organisations improve safety performance through robust auditing, practical procedure development, and high-impact training. He is known for simplifying complex standards into clear, workable systems that strengthen assurance and operational control.
Neilson has led safety governance across multi-contractor environments and delivered training at significant scale, supporting tens of thousands of accredited qualifications and over 100,000 HSSE training interventions. His approach is direct and outcome-focused—helping clients reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and build leadership confidence.
Alison Jones is an experienced Health & Safety Director with over 20 years’ leadership across major infrastructure, civil engineering, and complex construction projects in the UK and Middle East.
She specialises in behavioural safety, training frameworks, and compliance systems, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering measurable improvements in safety performance. Alison has led training provision for large workforces and managed substantial budgets, ensuring operational effectiveness alongside commercial value.
Combining strategic leadership with a hands-on approach, Alison is equally effective at board level and on site. She is known for driving higher standards, strengthening safety culture, and delivering lasting operational impact.
